The city of Kalispell has a wide variety of volunteer citizen advisory boards and committees to help City Council and staff deliberate important issues. This is a great way to make your voice heard and make a difference within the community while learning more about how local government works. Board involvement helps you stay involved and informed about the topics you are passionate about.
Thirteen advisory boards or committees have terms expiring April 30, 2021, so now is the time to throw you 'hat' in the ring, and get involved with the management of your city. Boards with terms expiring or vacant positions are listed below with a link to the page explaining qualification requirements, and the purpose and responsibilities of the board or committee. If you are interested in serving, or are a board member with a term expiring, click here to reach the online fillable application form. Applications must be received by 5 PM on April 12, 2021 for full consideration; however, applications are taken year-round. Be sure to indicate in the drop down menu at the top of the form which board or committee you are applying for.
