[ARCHIVED] Report a Non-Emergency Crime Online

Photo of broken glass with text overlay, "Report a non-emergency crime"

The City of Kalispell Police Department has an online service for your convenience to report certain types of non-emergency crimes or incidents such as theft without suspects, reports with no evidence to be collected, or any non-emergency report. This form is NOT for use if you are in danger, witnessing a crime in progress, or having a true emergency. As usual in these emergency type circumstances, please call 911.

The non-emergency report a crime form is for new reports only and should not be used to submit supplemental information on a report already made. Online reports are sent to the Kalispell Police Department electronically for review and then a case number is assigned. Please keep in mind, online submissions are not monitored 24 hours a day and will not be seen or responded to immediately.

Other types of forms such as a witness statement are also available to fill out and submit online.  For more information about reporting a crime online, or to begin reporting a non-emergency crime online, please go to https://www.kalispell.com/FormCenter/Police-7/Report-Crime-66.
