Attention Engineers, Builders, and Contractors - the City Council needs your input on potential changes to the standards for design and construction you are subject to on your projects within city limits. You are invited to look over the draft document and provide your comments about the changes, updates, and corrections either by email to citycouncil@kalispell.com, or by attending a public hearing on the draft updates at the January 6, 2020 City Council meeting at 7 p.m. in the City Hall, Council Chambers, 201 First Avenue East.
For your viewing convenience, the Standards for Design and Construction-Draft is available with changes tracked, and also as an updated 'clean' copy of the current draft. If you would like an overview of the changes made and the reasoning for the changes, you can read the memorandum provided to Council at the December 16, 2019 Council meeting.
