Public Review of Environmental Assessment on upcoming Kalispell Trail
A Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) to evaluate potential impacts of proposed changes to the Glacier Rail Park and Kalispell Trail Project, specifically the trail portion, has been completed by the City of Kalispell and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). This document looks at potential impacts to the human and natural environment due to proposed changes to the Project since the first environmental assessment was approved in 2017.
The SEA is being made available for a 30-day public review and comment period beginning October 21, 2019 and ending November 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. local time.
