The responsibilities of the Utility Billing Department include providing water and sewer service and processing billing for residential and business customers within the City of Kalispell. The Utility Billing Department works closely with the Department of Public Works in processing applications for the following services:
•Water and sewer connections/hookup for all new constructions.
•Create new accounts.
•Turn on/ turn off water and sewer services

Paperless billing is now available. To sign up for Electronic Bills, please call or email utility billing with your account number, name, and email address.
In case of emergency, call 406-758-7720 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After hours, weekends, or holidays call the Kalispell Police Office at 406-758-7780 and follow the prompt to speak with dispatch.
