Customer Service Program

The Kalispell Police Department's customer service program was developed to enhance our ability to provide quality service to the community. Each week, the department randomly selects calls for service to examine for quality of service. We mail a survey to the reporting party in which we ask five key questions:

  1. Was your request handled courteously?
  2. Was it handled promptly?
  3. Was your request competently handled?
  4. Was it efficiently handled?
  5. Did the provided service meet your needs?

We also ask for additional comments from the respondent about their contact with the Department. When returned the requests are reviewed and any corrections necessary are implemented. This is one way we believe we can better meet the community's expectations for our services.
