As Patrol Captain, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Patrol Division. In addition, Captain Falkner oversees the Special Response Team (SRT), Traffic Unit, Bicycle Patrol, Alcohol Enforcement Team and the Intern and Reserve Officer Programs. He began his law enforcement career with the Kalispell Police Department in 1999. In August 2012 he was promoted to Captain of the Patrol Division.
During his tenure with the department he has served as Traffic Coordinator, Field Training Officer, Fire/Arson Investigator, Major Crime Unit member, School Resource Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Detective Sergeant and Special Response Team Operator and Team Leader.
Captain Falkner is a United States Navy and Montana National Guard veteran an is a graduate of the Madison Area Technical College with an Associate in Applied Science Degree.
As Investigations Captain, he manages the day-to-day operations of the Detective Division. In addition, Captain Warnell oversees the Major Crime Unit, School Resource Officers (SRO's) and the department representative on the Northwest Drug Task Force.
He Began his career in law enforcement with the Kalispell Police Department in September of 1994 after graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Sports Medicine. During his tenure with the department he has been involved with patrol as a DARE Officer, School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, Bike Patrol Officer, SRT Operator and Detectives. He was assigned the the Detectives Division in 2005. He was active in starting the Domestic Violence Action Team, working with victims of domestic violence to help provide safety and hold offenders accountable. He was promoted to Investigations Captain in February 2013.
Captain Warnell is very active in the community. He is president of Flathead CARE and President of the Flathead Soccer Club. He was the head Varsity Women's Soccer Coach at Flathead High School from 2001-2012.
Captain Rademacher was hired by the Kalispell Police Department in 1994. He has served as a Special Response Team Operator, Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader, Bicycle Patrol officer, Field Training Officer, Field Training Program Coordinator, Patrol Sergeant, Patrol Lieutentant and was promoted to Administrative Captain in July 2012. He also served as the department's 1st School Resource Officer.
Captain Rademacher is a graduate of Montana State University - Bozeman with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. He has been active with various youth sports programs including Little Guy Football and also had volunteered with both FHS & GHS High School football programs.
