The Petition to Withdraw from Rural Fire District (see below) must be filed with the petition to annex.
Administrative Conditional Use Permits are required for the following: 1)certain specified uses, e.g. bars; 2)minor changes to previously issued Conditional Use Permits; and 3)expansions of non-conforming uses (up to a 25% increase).
This petition must accompany Annexation applications. (This is the legal format for filing with the Clerk & Recorder's Office and it is the city's policy not to accept any other format)
This application is for leased land, Mobile Home/RV parks and projects where no land is divided.
Temporary Sign Permits are required for banners, portable and inflatable signs for special events or special sales for a single period of time not to exceed 14 total days within a 6 month period.
