Technology Roundtable - a social medium for senior leadership of businesses creating or using advanced technology applications to gather and exchange information and ideas. The Roundtable meets monthly, typically the first Thursday of the month. Members include Merlin Information Services, Torrent Technologies, TekSharp, Nomad Technologies, Avail Media, Zaneray Group, SnowDog Web Development, Angel Point Capital, and Plum Creek. Please contact our office for more information. Target Industry - Sport Firearm Industry Cluster Project - The Valley is rich with expert craftsmen designing and manufacturing sport firearms. The City is designing a plan to offer support and resources to the local firearm manufacturers and to actively recruit out-of-state firms to the area. The department is in the process of identifying and compiling a list of businesses associated with the sport firearm industry. Economic Development Marketing Plan - learn more about our efforts. BNSF Revitalization Concept Project - a working group of downtown residents, property owners and business owners has been established to give input in the conceptual visioning of redevelopment along the BNSF railroad tracks. The next working group meeting is scheduled for July. Housing Survey - the City of Kalispell in partnership with Applied Communications surveyed downtown core residents to gain an understanding of the housing needs and desires of the residents.
