Redevelopment and Economic Growth: Brownfields Tools Workshop

This free workshop, hosted by the City of Kalispell Community and Economic Development Department and the Technical Assistance to Brownfields Program (TAB) at Kansas State University, is designed to help you gain a better understanding of what a Brownfield is, learn how Brownfield revitalization can be a part of your business development strategy, and hear from state and national leaders on resources available to you and your clients.

Who should attend?  Real estate, legal and banking professionals, contractors and developers, local and regional government officials, not-for-profit economic and community development organizations, and anyone interested in learning about brownfields or about financial resources for local redevelopment.

Credit available:  Realtors: 4 Elective CE Hours · Attorneys: 2.5 CLE Credit Hours
